she's tucked away
sheilded from the light of day
Never wakes
Never sleeps
always smiles
always weeps
She's faded
trapped
inside her mind
lost in the void
of space and time
Oh how I wish
to cast away
this foolish world
the light of day
Like her
I want to fade away

i particularely like the stanza:

portrays the multiple emotions in a person, there is never only one thing happening in the mind. great portrayal of a dual persona.
as for fading away, yes definitely have been there. it's such a bizzare emotion, deserves its own category, "the need to fade away." a twinsted mix of depression, solitude, meditation and reflection, desire, and whatever else is there to be messed with i suppose. tends to produce great writing, as you have discovered.
